News From Down South: Farrell-Mexico is Leading the Way in Hair Replacement Innovation

We have been incorporating many new techniques which are making our systems look even more undetectable. Richard has structured a quality control system that takes all of the pressure out of our west Hollywood location. In the past, our LA staff has had the duty of fine tuning most of the new systems and repairs. You all know how busy our LA location can be but now they are getting some breathing room and our production facility in Mexico has taken on the more of the responsibility. Along with comparing the systems against the client’s digital image our Quality Control persons check the accuracy of the work performed on our systems and repairs many times until we are sure the systems are ready for delivery to our clients. Plus, we have shortened the times necessary for repairs.

Farrell Shines at “Hair Solutions” Conference in LA

Richard Farrell stunned conference attendees by staging a live cut-in at the Hair Solutions Conference on April 20th. After performing the cut-in of a Minimal on a client, Richard invited the audience to check out his work up close and personal. Among those impressed was Spencer Kobren, the hairloss consumer advocate and host of the Bald Truth Radio show. Mr. Kobren subsequently invited the client on his show to talk about his experience with Farrell. Richard’s live demonstration will be available for download on our website soon!

Farrell Provides Choices: New Base Option for Minimals and FNT’s Increases Life Span and Durability

Many clients mistakenly believe that we only produce FNT’s and Minimals. Since we are always improving on the quality of our systems, each year we introduce at least one new type of system to our clients. This year we are proud to introduce three new lines systems: “Minimal Extremes” will be introduced this month. They are thinner than ever before! FNT2’s and Minimal2’s are also new and feature a new base developed exclusively for Farrell clients by Richard Farrell. The benefits of this base material are that there will be less wash-through of hairs and more longevity. We now have systems specially designed for nightly or frequent removal. Are you extra active? Farrell’s state-of-the-art website has a new look and a new mission. Like always, our site is packed with useful information about our products and services including photos, questions & answers, testimonials and much more. By September, the Farrell website will become fully interactive for our clients and will feature a chat room, bulletin boards and posting forums. Best of all, our Farrell Client section will become database driven and live so that a client can check on the status of his or her system by using a password and tracking number, very much like one checks the status of a package for the United Parcel Service. Each user will be given an ID and password to access the Client Services portion of the website where any client will be able to order services or supplies, pay for services or supplies, create and modify their online profile and access online videos of cleaning and bonding techniques. Stock up now and save money on . . . Red Liner Tape - Lately, Red Liner Tape has been very popular because the adhesive is very similar to the Bionic Tape. This means that it will adhere to meshes. If you wear a Minimal and if you want to tape your system on, Red Liner is an economical way to attach your system.
